This is a typical "day in the life" of, well, me, but I'm sure I'm not alone here. A whole heap of us are STILL WAITING for EP! We have now been waiting more than TWELVE weeks for, what, a stamp on a piece of paper? More than. (Twelve.)
Maybe the ink was on back order? Maybe the stamper broke his arm... lost his fingers? WAIT, no, the stamp broke. They had to order a new one. But it got lost in the mail! That must be it. OR, maybe the stamper is working on his super sloooowwww moooottttiiioooooon skills.
Ahh, who am I kidding. I did re-post a post in my last post about a post about a possible explanation for the post about the EP post and a post post post. (LOL!)
This wait is enough to drive anyone mad so I shall not be held accountable for uninterpretable postings. Speaking of posts, I really hope that I get to update this blog later TODAY with a happy post.
Ugh.
It was nice to get away from all the refreshing the past few weeks. Yep, Ryan and I went on a lil' spontaneous vacay, but now we're back in the trenches of the wait. Hoping my refreshing efforts yield something positive. Or negative. At this point I just want SOMETHING.
In other news. I need to re-dye my hair. Tiffany, how did I ever let you talk me into highlighting my hair? Now I will be re-dying it back to my natural color for, like, ever! Should I do medium-brown or dark-brown?
Also, I need a haircut/trim. Why, oh why, did I ever decide that using the free hotel shampoos was a good idea? My hair went from silky smooth to straw!
Ryan and I are going to see "Return of the Planet of the Apes" today. No judging. It got good reviews!
Also, our coffee is stale or something. Seriously nast.
You are cracking me up! I am right there with you with hitting refresh. I am so hoping we get good news today. I can't believe we are going on 13 weeks of waiting. And you reminded me that I need to go have my hair done too! I have yet to brave a new hairdresser here in Tucson.

ReplyDeleteBetter to be anxiously refreshing than plain old freaking out, I say. Girl, you have nerves of steel. Hope you are doing alright and letting yourself be less than positive about the whole uncertainty if you need to. It. Is. Hard. I hope good news is just around the corner.
